Christina Rinaldi says she first got into nail art in the seventh grade. "What seventh grader doesn't want crazy stuff painted on their nails?" Naomi Yasuda, a New York-by-way-of-Nagoya nail artist, who counts Lady Gaga, Madonna and Alicia Keys among her past clients, says a chance encounter was what led her to become one of the most sought-after nail artists in the Big Apple. Juggling private appointments, fashion shoots and celebrity clients, Yasuda says she gets her inspiration from anything and everything.
